The item is made using the Georgian unique technique of making fire cloisonné enamel. This technique is all crafted by hand and dates back to medieval centuries.

The work is influenced and inspired by Amedeo Clemente Modigliani (12 July 1884 – 24 January 1920) - an Italian Jewish painter who worked mainly in France. He is known for portraits and nudes in a modern style characterized by elongation of faces, necks, and figures that were not received well during his lifetime but later found acceptance.
